Your aerobic exercise capacity is linked to how healthy you are and how long you will live. Aerobic exercise is long duration, low intensity exercise that consumes oxygen (jogging, vigorous walking, exercise that gets your respiration and heart rate up). Strength training and intense short distance intense running are consider anaerobic exercise.
